Tarifold acquires helit and Zwingo brands from Maped Deutschland GmbH
Tarifold announces the acquisition of the office supplies division of Maped Deutschland GmbH, which includes the well-known brands helit and Zwingo.
The transaction is structured as an asset deal and will take effect on September 1st, 2025.

The helit brand, with a tradition spanning over 125 years, stands for innovative workspace organization products, functional and smart design. The Zwingo brand conveys an image of quality and innovation in waste management.
Tarifold
Tarifold, founded in 1950 and based in Geispolsheim, France, is a leading provider of document display, signage and organizational systems. It is part of the T3L Group a “global family of local manufacturers”, an alliance of specialized European manufacturers including the well-known brands Tarifold, Jalema, and 3L, now united under the umbrella brand Djois.
With the takeover, Tarifold is pursuing the goal of adding strong traditional brands such as helit under the Djois umbrella and at the same time tapping into new customer segments in German-speaking countries.
The transition will be based on continuity and stability, with the majority of the Maped Germany team responsible for helit and Zwingo joining the Tarifold team from September 1st, 2025.
